Roles & Responsibilities

Are you a personable, diligent, experienced IT support engineer? We are recruiting for a 2nd line support engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be providing support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and key systems for ourselves and our clients. You will become part of a dynamic team and will be expected to have solid experience in a similar IT support role, and be confident interacting with clients on a daily basis. This is a great role for an ambitious & motivated engineer looking for the next step in their career!

Daily Tasks

• Dealing with client support tickets in a timely manner
• Resolving technical queries or escalating as necessary
• Helping internal team with technical issues
• Documenting processes as they evolve
• Attending client sites adhoc
• Working with our sales teams on Support opportunities
• Improving systems & processes as the role grows
